Laboratory Technician

Highgrade Labs is seeking a full-time Laboratory Technician to perform extractions, dilutions and analysis on cannabis products while following standard operating procedures at its Oklahoma City location.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to TNI and NELAC laboratory practices
  • Follow laboratory SOP’s for extraction of cannabinoids on raw products (flowers, concentrates and edibles) and analysis
  • Follow SOP’s for loss on drying, moisture and microbial analysis
  • Input raw data into LIMS system
  • Follow validation procedures implemented by Technical Director
  • Complete daily laboratory logs, such as a temperature, gas levels and instrument maintenance
  • Maintain supplies for extraction laboratory
  • Maintain sufficient stock of all calibration and LCS standards for all analytical methods
  • Solvent and sample disposal
  • Work independently while retaining self-motivation & function as an influential team player

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Associate Degree in Science Background
  • Experience with the cannabis industry

Compensation:

  • Salary for this position will vary depending on experience, with potential for advancement based on performance
